Dr. Elise Miller-Hooks has served on the National Academies Transportation Resilience Metrics Committee over the past year. Dr. Miller Hooks was also a member of a second committee, a Virginia Academy of Science, Engineering, and Medicine (VASEM) committee, that met this last year. Their report was delivered to Joint Commission on Technology and Science (JCOTS) and can be found at: http://www.vasem.org/reports/.
